About Radical Collaborations

Tracy Frauzel started Radical Collaborations to create positive change in the world by supporting leaders and teams working on the frontlines powering social change. I help teams to become more effective and have greater impact through training, facilitation and consulting. Together with teams and organisations we create transformative strategies, innovate solutions and put people at the centre of everything we do.

Tracy is an expert in facilitation and campaigning, having spent 18 years leading campaigns for Greenpeace globally. Most recently Tracy has been guiding Greenpeace offices and project teams through the process of designing more innovative and effective people-powered campaigns through creative facilitation, human centered design, and strategic innovation. Tracy holds a masters degree in design thinking.

We also work with other facilitators, trainers and specialists as needed.
